We start with plump and juicy turkeys,marinated for 12 hours in our signature marinade, then we smoke them low and slow, for 12 hours, over glowing embers of Hickory, Cherry, Hard Maple & Wisconsin Applewood.

The result is a moist, tender bird that you can enjoy as the highlight of your Thanksgiving Dinner or Egg Bowl Tailgate. Juicy, flavorful and fully cooked, this turkey is ready to serve right away or re-heat for dinner. Either way, you’ll treat your friends and family to the delicious flavor of this smoked turkey.

All orders are pre-paid and your turkey(s) can be picked up between 10am & 8pm, hot and ready (on Thursday November 23rd, 2017) or refrigerated (on Wednesday November 22nd, 2017 or Thursday November 23rd, 2017) with re-heating instructions, you choose.
